We will explain our current business and ordering policies on this page.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it and most of the times, the parts are shipped on the same day.


We usually ship using the Customer’s  preferred shipping method and account.


For those who do not have any agreement with express couriers, we offer to ship the parts by FEDEX, charging the relevant shipping cost.

 

Whenever the timing is not relevant we will choose the most convenient shipping method, otherwise all shipments will be "overnight".




SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Customers often ask what our return policy is.

We aim for complete customer  satisfaction.

We supply only new parts and in  original packaging whenever is  possible.

If the offered goods need to be procured, the order will be N.C.N.R. (non cancelable non returnable).

The Customer has a minimum of 30 calendar days inspection period for fit, form and function test approval.

Returns can not be accepted after the inspection period unless agreed otherwhise.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring components ordered are RoHS compliant.

Returns are only permitted with an Excellence Electronics authorised RMA number.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it..
